Shipping Terms and Conditions:
Shipping, taxes and duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
Following an online purchase from Gallery 1710, the South Delta Artists Guild will contact
you to arrange shipping or collection with the Artist.
The Artist will then contact you to discuss how you wish to receive your artwork. If you
cannot meet the artist, then shipping can be arranged for you, and the Artist will advise on
the shipping costs.
As buyer, you must pay the shipping costs directly to the Artist. Your artwork will not be
shipped until the Artist has received your shipping costs payment.
As buyer, you have a two-week window from the date of shipping to return undamaged
artwork to the Artist for full refund via the same shipping modality (i.e., courier, post
office, etc.)
You agree to carefully repackage any returned artwork in the same manner as originally
shipped to ensure the piece is properly protected from any damage in transit. The cost of
return shipping and repackaging is your responsibility as buyer.
