Steveston Fishing Fleet At the start of Covid I found myself at Steveston Harbour during a spectacular sunset. I knew photographs I took would not do the colours justice so I made a quick tonal sketch and made colour notes. From those notes and I composed a dynamic scene interpretive of my feelings at the time. This painting is part of a series of eight called "Vancouver Sunsets" which will be on exhibition at the Britannia Gallery (East Vancouver) for the month of August 2022. March 2022 Stanley Mishkin
