MISSION

The South Delta Artists Guild is a member directed, non-profit, self sustaining organization dedicated to supporting the appreciation and development of the visual arts.

VISION

The South Delta Artists Guild is a dynamic, collaborative organization, dedicated to excellence in the visual arts.

THE BENEFITS OF MEMBERSHIP
DROP-IN ART SESSIONS Members are welcome to drop in to any of the weekly working sessions, some with live models, where they can hone their skills in the company of other artists.
EXHIBITIONS Members may display their work in shows at Gallery 1710 and in various businesses in the community. 
DISCOUNTED WORKSHOPS Lessons and workshops conducted by prominent local artists are offered to SDAG members at discounted rates. 
LIBRARY A comprehensive library of books and DVD's on art and artists is available free to all members. 
PRIVATE SHOWS There are times allotted each year for members to hold solo or group shows in Gallery 1710.
ART DEMONSTRATIONS Monthly Meetings with guest artists are a regular feature that members enjoy.
NEWSLETTER
A monthly newsletter includes information about upcoming activities and events, lessons, workshops, demonstrations and member achievements.
WEB SITES
Members  have the option of linking their web site or putting a page on the Guild's website, for greater exposure. 

Join The Guild

The South Delta Artists Guild welcomes new members from anywhere in the lower mainland. The only requirement is that a member must volunteer for at least one of the Guild’s activities or committees and everyone is asked to be a docent in the Gallery 4 times in the "membership year", which runs from May 1 to April 30.

There are a number of ways to join the Guild:

AT A MEETING Join us as a guest at a monthly meeting, 6:30 pm on the 1st Monday of each month (except July and August).CLICK HERE for directions. You can just show up or call the Gallery at 604.943.3313 to let us know you will be attending.
ONLINE DOWNLOAD and print a membership form.
EMAIL EMAIL the Guild with a note to say you would like to join and someone will contact you.
PHONE Call the Guild at 604 943-3313 and leave a message with your contact information. Someone will get back to you.


MEMBERSHIP DUES

  • Annual Dues - $120 (May 1st to April 30th each year)
  • Adult add-on- $60 (paid anytime during the year) A current member can add an adult family member

NOTE: If you join the Guild after November your membership fees will be pro-rated.
